Generally, patients require a referral from another physician to be seen by our sports medicine physicians, however, Dr. Saleh (one of our Orthopedic Surgeons) will see patients WITHOUT A REFERRAL by calling 902-334-5151. The appropriate referral form can be found under the “Patient Info/Referral Forms” section of this website and could be taken to your family physician, walk-in clinic physician or ER physician to be completed and faxed to our office. - Sports Medicine Physicians and Orthopedic Surgeons: We will call you with your appointment date and time when we have received the referral from your physician or call Dr. Saleh’s office at 902-334-5151 to book an appointment WITHOUT A REFERRAL.
